Coffee story

10 Years of Expertise,

Super Clean Coffee Beans

Our coffee beans are the result of over 10 years of expertise

developed by our parent coffee distribution company.

gute Leute uses green coffee beans sourced directly from

producing countries.

After arriving in Korea, every bean is processed through a color sorter,

removing 99.99% of defective beans to create our Super Clean beans.

The beans are then density-sorted,

ensuring that only high-density beans with rich flavor are selected.

This enhances the coffee's natural character while significantly reducing roasting defects commonly found in lower-density beans,

resulting in a cleaner, deeper, and more balanced cup.

Space story

Capturing the Spirit of Seoul

The space is defined by a monochrome palette and materials

such as steel, glass, and concrete—

elements that we believe best represent the city of Seoul.

The interior features bold, raw materials with a strong sense of mass,

while lighting that closely resembles natural daylight creates a warm,

open atmosphere free from visual heaviness.

Our commitment to a monochrome and raw material palette

stems from a simple idea : people are the only source of color.

Whatever space or moment we experience,

we believe that people are always the true essence.
